As a proven project manager, sales leader and strategic thinker, Joseph oversees all aspects of the brokerage’s operations, sales, and marketing efforts.
Joseph is also directly responsible for talent acquisition within NAI Lexington Commercial. With a background specializing in strategic enterprise hiring consultation, Joseph spearheads the best-in-class candidate recruitment and retention and is devoted to fostering a strong team environment here at Lexington Commercial.
Joseph joined us from the Tech & SASS industry, with over 15 years of experience leading enterprise organizations to drive maximum ROI through holistic solutions that validate business decisions, mitigate risk, and enhance and expedite business outcomes, from companies such as LinkedIn.com and Gartner.
